Q. When will my item ship?
A. Within 2 business days, unless the item description mentions a longer wait. You will receive an e-mail order confirmation with an expected ship date within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Q. What is your return policy?
A. Justin wants you to be exceedingly happy with your purchase. Therefore, if you receive something that does not make your dog-leg shake, you are encouraged to return it to me for a full refund, no probing questions or virtual dirty looks. All I ask is that you pay the shipping to return it to me, and that this takes place within a reasonable period of time, say two weeks from when you receive it. A. Either FedEx or USPS.

Please note: Justin makes every effort to use recycled materials to ship your order. Don't be suprised if you get an ugly-ish box in the mail. I'll decorate it a bit to offset the ugliness, if necessary. Also, I pledge to only use a box that is clean and has been subjectively verified to be free of bad vibes.
